Automat is an independently curated, non-commercial exhibition and event space working as an open platform for exploratory discourse. Automat's formats are developed independently, in collaboration with changing partners or based on project proposals. Collaborations and spontaneous uses for knowledge transfer and cultural initiatives are just as much a part of the concept as the combination of visual arts with other forms of expression.
